2. How does the layaway system work?
It's so easy! You can secure the dress of your dreams with an initial cash deposit directly in store. This locks in the price and guarantees that the dress is yours while you make convenient payments to pay it off.
3. What is the difference between "Stock in store" and "Made to order"?
In-store stock: These dresses are available for immediate delivery in our physical boutique or fast shipping through the online store.
Special order: If you are looking for a specific size or color from our exclusive brands, we will order it directly from the manufacturer for you (delivery time varies depending on the brand).
4. Do you ship to all of Mexico?
Yes, we offer secure shipping throughout Mexico via our online store. Each garment is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it arrives at your door in perfect condition.
5. Do you accept card payments or bank transfers?
In our physical store, we accept cash payments for our layaway plan. In our online store, you can pay securely using debit/credit cards and bank transfers.
6. What sizes do you carry?
We offer a wide range of sizes, generally from 2 to 20 (subject to model and brand availability). If you're unsure about your ideal size, we'd be happy to help you take your measurements correctly.
