To provide you with the personalized attention you deserve, we recommend scheduling an appointment, especially if you wish to try on wedding dresses or quinceañera dresses. However, you are always welcome to visit us at our boutique in Salamanca to check our stock.
2. How does the layaway system work?
It’s very simple! You can secure the dress of your dreams with an initial cash deposit directly in-store. This locks in the price and guarantees that the model is yours while you make convenient payments to pay it off.
3. What is the difference between "In-store stock" and "Special order"?
In-store stock: These are dresses available for immediate delivery at our physical boutique or for fast shipping via our online store.
Special order: If you are looking for a specific size or color from our exclusive brands, we order it directly from the manufacturer for you (delivery times vary by brand).
4. Do you ship throughout Mexico?
Yes, we ship securely throughout the Mexican Republic via our online store. Each garment is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition.
5. Do you accept card payments or bank transfers?
At our physical store, we accept cash payments for the layaway system. In our online store, you can pay securely using debit/credit cards and bank transfers.
6. What sizes do you carry?
We carry a wide variety of sizes, generally from 2 to 20 (subject to model and brand availability). If you have questions about your ideal size, we would be happy to advise you on how to take your measurements correctly.
